Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a Damage Deposit of $400 is required at least one month before requested date and is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the facility after the event. See details on the rates page: See the Rates page
When is my final payment due?
Rental payment balance is due 30 days prior to the event date
What is the cancellation policy?
The Damage Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance of event date
Do you require insurance?
Yes, you will need additional liability insurance for 50 or more people. Event liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $1,000.000.00

Is there a cleaning fee/service?

Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes, we have 175 chairs and 23 – 6″ round tables; 5 – 5″ round tables; 3 – 6ft. x 29in. and 5 – 8ft. x 29in. rectangle tables
Do you have linens?
No, you can bring your own or rent them elsewhere
What time can I set up?
Rental time is 8a-Midnight (except Sat. 10a – Sun 1a) and includes the setup, event and cleanup time. Please contact us if you need different arrangements.
Do you have preferred vendors?
No, you can choose your own. All coordination with outside vendors is handled by you. Some resource options are listed below.
Can we use real candles?
No, that is a fire safety hazard. No flames, fire, smoke or smoking machines are permitted in the building.
Do you have sound equipment?
No, you will have to arrange that on your own.
Are there noise restrictions?
No, but music must be stopped by 12am
Is there a designated smoking area?
Yes, outside the building and you must clean it up
Are there restrictions for videography or photography?
No. Video/photography is responsible for obtaining any required consent or permissions.
What restrictions or guidelines exist for décor?
No safety hazards or decorations that leave any marks on walls or floors or any damage of the property (inside or out)
Are animals allowed in the building?
Only certified service animals
